|Help me find a cure for arthritis!|
|This holiday season, Iím participating in the Arthritis Foundationís Jingle Bell Run/Walk to support my son, Joshua, and may children just like him that have arthritis!|
Joshua was diagnosed at 2 years old with polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Polyarticular means multiple or many joints are affected. He has had many trials and tribulations with diagnoses, tests, many appointments with his rheumatology team and GI doctor, medications, and injections. Through it all, he as fought like a champion and never complained about pain.
Earlier this year at the age of 7, Joshua was removed from all medications and injections due to being in remission. Unfortunately, arthritis doesn't have a cure nor does it ever "go away". In July of 2017, just after turning 8, Joshua did go back to injections of Humira for flair ups in his wrists and knees.
Please join me in raising funds to help the Arthritis Foundation search for a cure while providing life-changing information and support to people with arthritis. Please join me or donate to support the Arthritis Foundationís important work to find a cure.
Thank you for your support and God bless!
