|March With Maggie
At the age of 10 Maggie Banks was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, a chronic condition-meaning that it isn't going away. So, guess what?!?!? Neither is Team March With Maggie!! Back for the 3rd year- we are hoping to make the 2017 team the best one yet! It will be hard to do, because 2015 & 2016 were both amazing. But- Maggie is confident that with your support it can be done. One thing she has learned in her daily fight against arthritis is to always maintain a never give up attitude.
Join her team, come out and be a part of the effort to raise awareness and funds for Juvenile Arthritis, Maggie and the thousands of other kids who struggle daily from the effects of this disease.
If you can not join us at the park, please consider the Jingle in your Jammies option, or making a general donation. Any support is greatly appreciated.
To help get everyone in the Jingle Bell Run Spirit:
Jingle Bells (Maggie style)
Walking through downtown
On a blissful December day
Round the streets we go--
Helping to cure JIA
Bells on our shoes will ring
Costumes oh so bright
What fun it is to walk and jog
While helping others win the fight
Oh, Jingle Bell Run, Jingle Bell Run
Laughing with friends and family
Oh, what fun it is to come together
And support our Ms. Maggie!!
